More Mouthwatering Menu Ideas For Your FSU Seminole Tailgate Shindig

Kathi Dameron's Famous Spicy Cajun Shrimp
Back in March 1992, Kathi Dameron and some of her "Too Busy To Cook" recipes were featured in the popular food and entertaining magazine, Bon Appetit. Kathi's spicy shrimp was one of the recipes selected for the article. Seems that the editors of Bon Appetit enjoyed the dish as much as Kathi's friends did. Long before opening Canopy Rose Catering and Special Events in Tallahassee, Kathi would serve these spicy cajun-style prawns at fun gatherings before football games and aboard her speed boat. They are simply awesome anytime, but especially noteworthy just before the Seminole- Gator Game in late November.

Onion Blossoms with Secret Garnet and Gold Dipping Sauce
If you like the popular fried onion blossoms served as a pre-dinner appetizer at the Outback Steak House- you'll absolutely love these!

Fire-Roasted Kebabs
Beef, chicken, sausage or seafood marinated in a winning sauce then grilled to perfection on site. Imagine the smell... utterly unforgettable! For a burst of festive color we add peppers.

North Florida Oyster Roast
No one should leave this neck of the woods before sampling our delicious Apalachicola Oysters.

Fried Gator Tail
Sorry Florida Fans---- I couldn't resist! Mmmm, Mmmmm these bites are simply delish!
